As the first foreign employee at TCP's Shanghai office, I led a small sales and marketing team as we successfully prospected and acquired over $1 million in purchase orders from the largest DIY retailer in New Zealand and distributors in Australia in less than 4 months. These were all firsts for the publicly-traded company. 

CLIENT RETENTION

While director of client relations at ONE400--a design, marketing, product and consulting agency for the legal industry--I managed all new and existing client accounts, increasing client retention to 95%. In addition to maximizing client success, I oversaw the fulfillment of deliverables, created new product categories and established new data-driven account management systems. 

REVENUE GROWTH

As the director of accounts at SERP, I not only oversaw all existing client accounts but was also primarily responsible for net new and internal revenue growth. In 2 years, I increased the annual revenue of the company 4.5x through by an innovative customer-centric sales approach, streamlined automation and CRM, and 70% close rate.
